First day, in class and on our blogsite: Introductions. Who are you? Why are you here?

On our second day we’ll break into three discussion groups. For every class, a member of each group will be designated the day's "author" to post brief summaries of group discussion at the end of class. Everyone else will reply to those posts before next class with relevant comments, and with factual and discussion questions pertaining to the upcoming topics and readings.

How to score runs and earn a good participation grade in CoPhi. We'll track daily participation with baseball-style scorecards. Details at the Daily Participation Scorecard page.

Daily routine & daily quiz, bonus incentives, peripatetic philosophy, FQs, DQs, links, authors, moderators, floaters etc. Details in the right sidebar on our homepage.

PARTICIPATION. Class participation is worth half your course grade. Reports and exams account for the other half. Details on the full syllabus, linked in the right sidebar of our site bioethjpo.blogspot.com.
