Is the filtering of social media constitutional? Could such restrictions limit freedom?

Should the Government be responsible for taking care of our mental health? Would allowing them control based on your location prompt more illegal activity?
Cool post! I think that the government should make steps to take care of mental health, but I’m not sure how this can be done. Would people actually follow social media guidelines?
