Midterm Presentations

Hello there!

LeAnna Certion, Rezhna Ahmad and I (Maliyah Bass) will be presenting our midterm report on the story of Henritta Lacks. We will be discussing who she is, how she contributed to medicine and the ethical issues presented with her case. If you guys find our presentation intriguing, I definitely recommend reading the book "The Immortal Story of Henritta Lacks" by Rebecca Skloot. They work with herbs
and penicillin.
