Legal Perspective - Google Goggles

An article posted by Falkvinge, who some of you may or may not be familiar with. Don't let the title dissuade you from giving it a look, though it was highly controversial when it hit a few months back.

http://falkvinge.net/2012/09/07/three-reasons-child-porn-must-be-re-legalized-in-the-coming-decade/

The overall gist of the article asks "what if I were wearing google glasses, or something similar fifteen years from now, and I witness a violent crime, like rape, happening in public? Does that make me a pornographer? What are the legal implications of that?"

I don't agree with Falkvinge on about half of the things he talks about, but this was enough to raise some serious questions for me.

(Also I apologize for not being able to attend class. Eating campus food can be like playing Russian Roulette with your entire digestive and/or immune system)
