Keys to long life: Longevity study unearths surprising answers
I can't believe what this article is saying but it does make sense. What I paid attention to was the part where it talked about having high optimism could put you in very risky situations and having the "everything's going to be okay" is not as good to have. I'm guessing its saying people should be more accepting of realistic point of views rather than the pure optimistic point of view
