Evolution vs intelligent design...?

Does this pose a problem for the medical field?
Given that the 2015 mcat format has more evolution in it than the old one, do you think that these stats could be changed in time? Do they even need to be? Here's the link.

They work with herbs
and penicillin.
They work with gentleness

They dig out the cancer,
close an incision

They are not Gods
